Short Hiatus

Hello everybody! I have decided to put Bradley Cooper Network on a short hiatus. I have taken about a month to think about it and I think it’s best. Don’t worry though, the site is going nowhere and I will be back running it soon enough. I just need to take another 2-3 weeks to really get my motivation back for the site. I love Bradley and he is one of my all time favorite actors, but I need a break from my online life. I have a lot going on offline in my personal life and because of that, my fan sites that I run have suffered from lack of updates. I hope you guys understand. But like I said, the site is going nowhere. And hey, I might be back sooner that I planned! Take care everybody! -Eric

Bradley attended the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards last night and I just updated the gallery with photos of him in the press room and the after party. I have yet to come across any red carpet photos, though. I’m not even sure if he walked the carpet. Also, Bradley presented an award at the show too and I have yet to come across any official photos of him presenting either. I’ll try my best to get those photos in the gallery, as well as screen captures of Bradley from the show. Enjoy!

Is Bradley Cooper Lex Luthor In ‘Man Of Steel’?

Four days into 2012 and we already have a fairly huge rumor on our hands, this time dealing with the city of Metropolis and a certain heretofore unmentioned bald evil genius.

Cosmic Book News reports a massive rumor that none other than Bradley Cooper is set for a cameo appearance as Lex Luthor in “Man of Steel,” director Zack Snyder’s big-screen reboot of the Superman mythos. Warner Bros. has not responded to our request for comment as of press time.

Surprisingly little has been mentioned about possible Luthor sightings in 2013′s Superman flick, though it’s hard to imagine the Kryptonian hero’s number one nemesis sitting out of the proceedings entirely. A cameo certainly seems plausible — perhaps as a post-credits scene, or even a brief appearance ala Hawkeye’s short but sweet scene in Marvel’s “Thor” last summer. Still, nothing’s been confirmed in that regard, especially in the casting department… so any talk of Cooper playing Lex is, for now at least, wishful thinking at best.

But man, am I wishfully thinking! It’s easy to imagine older, balder, more traditionally imposing actors inhabiting the LexCorp leader’s dapper suit, but I think Cooper would be an inspired choice. The guy can play skeevy, smarmy, charming, cool and calculated all in one performance, better than many other young actors in Hollywood. And that’s another key word to emphasize — young. Hiring an actor like Cooper puts Clark and Luthor on more even footing, keeping them in a relatively similar age range, but not so close in age that you can imagine the two guys being old high school buddies or something. (No disrespect intended, “Smallville” fans.)

If nothing else, it would be a different approach. Cooper is definitely not the first person I’d think of when imagining actors to play Lex Luthor — but then again, Heath Ledger also came completely out of left field when he was tapped to play Joker, and we all know how that turned out. Cooper as Lex could be a very interesting fit. And hey, at the very least, it’d be better casting than Cooper as The Crow, right?

Rumor Alert: Bradley Cooper is “Totally Dating” Zoe Saldana

I’m not too sure if this is legit or if it is just a rumor, but if it is true, they are definitely a cute couple!

Now here’s someone who does not prefer Ryan Gosling to Bradley Cooper.

The reigning Sexiest Man Alive and Zoe Saldana are dating and they’re extremely happy about it, sources exclusively tell E! News. And we hear that the pair are just now starting to tell family and friends that they’re an item.

What? You didn’t expect either one of them to remain on the market for long, did you?

A rep for Saldana, who recently filmed The Words with—and got to practice kissing—Cooper, denied that the costars were anything more than friends a month ago, after their appearance together at a Manhattan nightclub prompted romantic speculation.

But as recently as last week, a source tells E! News, they were telling friends that they had plans to go skiing in the Rockies together over the holidays.

“They are totally dating,” the source says.

Reps for both stars did not immediately return requests for comment.

Saldana and her boyfriend of nearly 11 years, Keith Britton, called off their engagement and revealed that they had broken up in early November.

Bradley Cooper Action Comedy ‘Outrun’ Set for August 2012 Release

Open Road Films has slotted the action comedy Outrun for an August 24 release.

Dax Shepard wrote the film and co-directed with David Palmer.

Kristen Bell (who is engaged to Shepard), Bradley Cooper, Tom Arnold, Beau Bridges, Kristin Chenoweth, David Koechner and Shepard star in the story of a former getaway driver who goes AWOL from the Witness Protection Program to drive his girlfriend to L.A. for her dream job only to be pursued by federal agents and his former gang.

Andrew Panay produced the project with Nate Tuck, Kim Waltrip and Jim Casey.

Open Road released Killer Elite in September and has The Grey and Silent House hitting theaters after the New Year.
